Find my Borough

The London Borough of Barnet is not currently running a dedicated fuel poverty scheme. There are services available that can help those who are experiencing difficulties however, and external agencies working within the borough also provide a range of services. The council are working with Age UK Barnet to provide a handyperson service for older people and those having difficulties around the home, and have partnered with Energise Barnet to offer to provide free Green Deal and ECO assessments to residents. Barnet Care and Repair Agency work with older and disabled people in the Barnet area, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes, and Good Neighbour Schemes operate throughout the borough. Details of some of these schemes can be found below.
