Enfield does not currently have a dedicated fuel poverty helpline, but there is a range of services available which may be able to help those experiencing or at risk of fuel poverty.

The Citizens Advice Bureau in Enfield can offer support to residents suffering from fuel poverty as a result of low income. It can also make referrals through to HEET, a local charity who carry out home visits and give tailored advice and practical support to residents over the age of 50 or households in receipt of benefits. Other home repairs and improvement services are available for residents living in both Council housing and the private sector.
