Household maintenance and repairs for home owners, tenants and leaseholders who are aged 60+ or have a permanent disability.
The handyperson scheme is unable to assist tenants where the required work is the responsibility of the landlord.
There will be a charge for labour and materials; there is a reduced labour charge for those who are receiving a means tested benefit or are disabled.
